DELIVERY PROCESS


1. How is the work of the delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of an order. Our warehouse operates Monday - Sunday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed.
In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.


2. The shipping time consists of

  • Estimated Delivery Time is 7-25 business days internationally, with a maximum of 45 business days in worst-case scenarios.
  • For domestic shipments, estimated delivery time is 1-7 business days.
  • Items will ship within 3 business days of payment received.
  • We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs, import duties, taxes or other customs charges.
  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from the manufacturer within 72 hours (3 business days) after the order is placed and the payment is received.
  • We use a high-security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and chichicmart.com. Following this, your package will arrive in 7-25 business days internationally (maximum 45 business days in worst-case scenarios) or 1-7 business days domestically, depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

3. Order fulfilment

We ship daily from Monday to Sunday throughout the year, excluding national holidays. Orders placed by 10:00 PM CST or 04:00 AM CET, Sunday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the following day. Occasionally, there may be delays in shipping due to stock availability, incomplete order information, or billing issues. Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped on the following Monday or the next business day.

We offer 45-day order protection. If you don’t receive your order after 45 days since it was shipped, we will issue you a full refund

6. Customs fees

In most cases, customs fees do not apply. The customer is responsible for all customs fees should this happen. Please contact your local customs agency for more information.
