This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through https://chichicmart.com and https://www.chichicmart.com (“Website”), operated by chichicmart.com LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. This Policy applies to physical goods shipped to any U.S. state.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. This includes both business days and weekends. No returns will be accepted after the 14-day period has expired.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, in its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Includes all original tags, manuals, accessories, and receipts
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to partial refunds.
3. Return Costs & Conditions
Return shipping fees vary depending on the reason for the return and the item’s pre-tax purchase price (excluding shipping):
Free Return Conditions (We cover the return shipping):
- Product is defective or damaged (e.g., poor quality, faulty item)
- Item arrived too late / Delivery delay
- Incorrect item received
- Package was damaged upon arrival
- Allergic reaction caused by the product
AND - The item’s purchase price (excluding shipping fee) is $400 USD or less
In such cases, the full refund will be issued, and return shipping costs will be covered by chichicmart.com.
**Customer-Paid Return Conditions (You cover return shipping):**
If the return reason includes:
- Doesn’t suit me / Doesn’t fit
- Changed my mind
- Ordered by mistake
- Wrong size or color sent (if correct according to your order confirmation)
- No longer needed
- Other non-defect-related issues
AND - The item’s purchase price (excluding shipping fee) is $1 USD or more
In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. No return shipping labels will be provided by chichicmart.com. Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@chichicmart.com with your:
- Order number.
- Return reason.
- Phone number or email address used during the order.
- Invoice in pdf.
- Photo evidence or video evidence.
- Wait for approval and return instructions (including the return address).
- Ship the item within 3 business days of receiving approval.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
- Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals removed
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards or promotional credit used during the order
- All products of Pet Supplies collection
6. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Chicmart.com LLC is a U.S.-registered company established under the laws of the State of Wyoming. It operates through a registered agent located in Wyoming and sells physical products to customers across all U.S. states. This Return Policy is governed by Wyoming state law and applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
