2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer

Step 2: Select Items and Provide Evidence Select the specific item(s) you wish to return and choose the appropriate reason from the drop-down menu.

  • Mandatory Evidence: If you are requesting a return due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are strictly required to upload clear photo or video evidence showing the defect, the item in its entirety, and the original packaging with the shipping label. Failure to provide sufficient evidence will result in the denial of your request.

Step 3: Await Authorization and Specific Shipping Instructions Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 1-3 business days.

  • Approval & RMA: If approved, you will receive an automated email containing your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific Designated Warehouse Address where the item must be sent.

  • CRITICAL WARNING: Do NOT send your return to our corporate office address listed on our website or original shipping label. Our corporate headquarters does not process physical returns. Any unauthorized packages sent to our corporate address will be rejected at the sender's expense, and your refund will be permanently voided. Returns are only accepted at the specific warehouse address provided in your approval email.

Step 4: Pack and Ship the Item (Customer Responsibility) Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and manuals are included. The item must be unused and in pristine, resellable condition.

  • Shipping Costs: As stated in our policy, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

  • Trackable Shipping: You must use a reliable local postal service or courier that provides a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Step 5: Submit Your Tracking Information Immediately after shipping the item, you must log back into the Return Portal (or reply to your authorization email, depending on instructions) and input the courier name and the valid Tracking Number. We cannot track your return or process your refund without this tracking number.

Step 6: Inspection and Final Resolution Once the package is marked as "Delivered" to our designated warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for our quality control team to inspect the physical condition of the returned item(s).

  • Upon successful inspection, we will immediately process your refund to the original payment method or initiate the shipment of your exchange order.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3.3 Warranty Returns

Chichicmart will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 45 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre- pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Chichicmart to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) refund to your payment method (b) a refund in-store credit (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 - 3 days

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 - 45 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of an order Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except Sundays and on holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

7. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax has not already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and Chichicmart encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Chichicmart at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
