These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

This Policy applies to physical goods shipped to any U.S. state.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. This includes both business days and weekends. No returns will be accepted after the 14-day period has expired.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused, in its original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Includes all original tags, manuals, accessories, and receipts

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to partial refunds.

3. Return Costs & Conditions

Return shipping fees vary depending on the reason for the return and the item’s pre-tax purchase price (excluding shipping):

Free Return Conditions (We cover the return shipping):

• Product is defective or damaged (e.g., poor quality, faulty item)
• Item arrived too late / Delivery delay
• Incorrect item received
• Package was damaged upon arrival
• Allergic reaction caused by the product
  AND
• The item’s purchase price (excluding shipping fee) is $400 USD or less

In such cases, the full refund will be issued, and return shipping costs will be covered by chichicmart.com.

**Customer-Paid Return Conditions (You cover return shipping):**

If the return reason includes:

• Doesn’t suit me / Doesn’t fit
• Changed my mind
• Ordered by mistake
• Wrong size or color sent (if correct according to your order confirmation)
• No longer needed
• Other non-defect-related issues
  AND
• The item’s purchase price (excluding shipping fee) is $1 USD or more

In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. No return shipping labels will be provided by chichicmart.com. Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Return Procedure

Standard Return Procedure

To ensure a smooth and efficient return or exchange process, all customers must strictly adhere to the following step-by-step procedure. Returns that do not follow these guidelines may be delayed or entirely rejected.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request Do not ship any items back without prior authorization. To begin the process, navigate to our [Link to your Return Portal]. Enter your Order Number and the Email Address used during checkout to access your order history.

Step 2: Select Items and Provide Evidence Select the specific item(s) you wish to return and choose the appropriate reason from the drop-down menu.

• Mandatory Evidence: If you are requesting a return due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are strictly required to upload clear photo or video evidence showing the defect, the item in its entirety, and the original packaging with the shipping label. Failure to provide sufficient evidence will result in the denial of your request.

Step 3: Await Authorization and Specific Shipping Instructions Once your request is submitted, our team will review it within 1-3 business days.

• Approval & RMA: If approved, you will receive an automated email containing your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific Designated Warehouse Address where the item must be sent.

• CRITICAL WARNING: Do NOT send your return to our corporate office address listed on our website or original shipping label. Our corporate headquarters does not process physical returns. Any unauthorized packages sent to our corporate address will be rejected at the sender's expense, and your refund will be permanently voided. Returns are only accepted at the specific warehouse address provided in your approval email.

Step 4: Pack and Ship the Item (Customer Responsibility) Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and manuals are included. The item must be unused and in pristine, resellable condition.

• Shipping Costs: As stated in our policy, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

• Trackable Shipping: You must use a reliable local postal service or courier that provides a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Step 5: Submit Your Tracking Information Immediately after shipping the item, you must log back into the Return Portal (or reply to your authorization email, depending on instructions) and input the courier name and the valid Tracking Number. We cannot track your return or process your refund without this tracking number.

Step 6: Inspection and Final Resolution Once the package is marked as "Delivered" to our designated warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for our quality control team to inspect the physical condition of the returned item(s).

• Upon successful inspection, we will immediately process your refund to the original payment method or initiate the shipment of your exchange order.

• Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Products marked as “Final Sale”
• Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals removed
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards or promotional credit used during the order
• All products of Pet Supplies collection

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Chicmart.com LLC is a U.S.-registered company established under the laws of the State of Wyoming. It operates through a registered agent located in Wyoming and sells physical products to customers across all U.S. states. This Return Policy is governed by Wyoming state law and applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
